CTIOS - Issue with Silent Monitoring

F0llow the below steps to enable Compatibility mode on IE.

1) Open the IE Browser
2) GoTo Tools, and then click Compatibility View settings.
3) Under Add this website, enter the Harmony URL, to add to the list, and then tap or click Add.
4) Please close the window and open it anew again.
