LPL - Forms Do Not Display or Populate

Qs. Are you currently using Adobe Reader 10.1.3 & above?

Ans. If not, open an Islandticket request for an upgrade of Adobe Reader.

     How To Check Version

  • Open Adobe Reader
  • Select Help on Menu Bar
  • Select About Adobe Reader
  • Check for Version on bottom left of the Legal Notice Button
  • Click Pop-up screen to close

Ans. If you have Version 10.1.3, check the follow:

  • Access LPL
  • Go to Tool
  • Select Compatibility View Settings
  • Click the Add button to include LPL as 'Websites you've added to Compability View'
  • Check 'Display intranet sites in Compatibility View'
  • Click Close button
  • Go to Tools
  • Select Manage Add-ons
  • Click on Show and change to All add-ons
  • Verify ALL Adobe items are Enabled

Ans. If Forms does not populate with member data

  • 'Always Allow' pop-up blocker message will need to be selected
