User's Manager need to put in a request. IslandTicket or E-mail Helpdesk Helpdesk Contact/Forward Request to Network Team |
Once Network Team has user setup faxes will be received into the Users Outlook Inbox
To send a fax, user will go to http://islandxmedius
Click on Compose - this will bring up a fax coversheet
User completes with needed information, message as well as adding attachments if needed.
