TENA FTP - WinSCP

this is how you setup the TENA FTP.

Do not install FileZilla, we will be using WINSCP

Install from: \\islandstor\Windows_7_Packages\Misc\winscp

 After install, open WINSCP, configured with the following:

1. Protocol, select SFTP –SSH FileTransfer Protocol.

2. Hostname = ftp.tenaco.com or IP address of 23.30.230.163 (Our public IP address of 64.183.5.251 should be allowed access to Tena's network)

  You will not need to add a value to the "Port" field.

3. Select the Logon Type of Normal.

4. Type the User Name and Password:  Username: M139_FTP    Password: Northcuisland@1m39
(used by Mila & Kim and they have the username and password)

5. Click the drop down arrow next to Save and select Set Default - Click OK for Set current session settings as default

6. A Warning "Continue connecting to an unknown server....." will pop up - select Yes

If you are unable to connect, ask your IT department to confirm that you have access to port 22 (or port 21, if you are using a protocol other than SFTP).
