BAI - Video Does Not Play

Issue:

Video screen is black with a red X - while still within the original launch window.

BAI - Not Able to view the a video for Training

Resolution:

Under the screen there is a Click Here link - it will open the video in another window.

Ensure Flashplayer is installed and *.bai.org is in Trusted Sites

If still will not play, go into Tools \ Internet Options \ Programs tab \ Manage add-ons button and Enabled the Shockwave Flash Object
