For anyone requesting VPN/Duo access, please include in the ticket their account/username and cellular phone number.
If they are a vendor I need their account/username and cellular phone number and company email address.

Copy the contents into your temp folder…
Open CMD prompt elevated
VPN – Global Protect Settings (see attached for detailed instructions)
We have changed our VPN portal from global.myisland.com to global.northislandcu.com.
To do this in the GlobalProtect client double click on the icon.
Then click on the “Settings” tab and change the portal to global.northislandcu.com then click “Apply”.

Go to Start \ type in https://global.northislandcu.com
Logon and password are your North Island credentials
After you log in the page will go to "Click Here to return to logon page" BUT you should receive a notification on your phone to ACCEPT or DENY
When you ACCEPT, the links for downloading will display.
Follow the install instructions
