Issue:
- Unable to print ACH Stop Payment or other forms
- Receive exception error message when input member information
- An exception occurred that caused the document/report to not print.
- Exception: Attempted to read or write protected memory.
- This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
- Click OK
Resoluton:
- Logon into OSI
- Go to Service => Relationships => My Forms
- Click Refresh Cache
- Logoff and back onto OSI
If you continue to experience issues, request co-worker to print form for your member.
Once finished with member, please open an islandticket for further assistance.
