User is trying to process an item and getting this OSI message: (see attached for example of error message)
“The following authorization exception occurred while attempting to process this form:
User has not been granted permission to post Regular Payment transactions.
Authority Item: LPMT
Because of this exception, no information was saved to the database.”
I thought it was because user needed to have additional authorities but after talking with Scot I found out that the LPMT Authority Item needed added to one of the authority “groups” for that staff group.
Attached is a list of the OSI Authority Groups (the ones we are authorized to give to users after manager approval).
If an Authority Item needs to be added to an Authority Group, the request should be sent to Scot.
