OSI - Online Form Print Error

Issue:

• Trying to print a form (ex. ACH Stop Payment – input member info but get the below error message even before print processing), however others are able to print the form

An exception occurred that caused the \document/report to not print
Exception: attempted to read or write proteced memory. this often an indicatoin that
the other memory is corrupt

Resolution:

• Able to print it if it’s blank so need to refresh the Forms cache
  1.  Go to Service tab on the left.
  2. Select Relationships
  3. My Forms\Refresh Cache  (this clears for the user. It’s not a workstation action, so user will be able to print from any workstation). 
  4. Remind user to log off using LOG OUT \ SIGN OFF

• If user continues to receive an error message

   1. Ask Server staff to clear the file lock on the forms.dll on the local domain controller
   2. Have user log backon, My Files\Refresh Cache \ log out \ signoff (do not use re-signon)
   3. Log back on and retry
   4. Remind user to log off correctly
