Opening .LIS file in Notepad

Issue:

• Accessing a file from R:\OSI\RPT with .lis extension but Adobe giving a message that it's not in the right format

Resolution:

1. Right-click on the file
2. Select Open With
3. Use the drop-down arrow for Other Program
4. Select Notepad
5. Ensure the box for "Always use the selected programto open this kind of file" is checked
