OSI Stops Allowing User to Type

Issue:

My OSI will suddenly stop allowing me to type. I am able to click on tabs and select from menu bar but not type.
I am able to type in other programs but not OSI.

Resolution:

Check the OSI tabs that are currently open because on of them is requiring you to provide some information.
