OSI – Breach of Contract Letter Not Printing

Issue:

• The OSI Breach of Contract Letter is not printing.

Resolution:

• This form is set to print to “Letter Head” so if a user call to say it’s not printing to their usual OSI printer, go into the print override for that workstation (can be done from your PC) and create an override for Letterhead and directed to the desired printer.
• User will need to log off\on OSI for the override to take affect.
