SCLogic 2015 - Unable to Assign Items

SCLogic – Unable to Assign (see attached for detailed instructions)

 

When trying to assign items, after selecting Submit a message pops up that there are missing item variables.

This is due to settings in Management, for the PC being used, that require items with the red star under Item Info to have information entered.

 

Open SCLogic Management, highlight the PC being used, select Client Setup and under the section Group: Sort Required ItemVar (18 items) change all True to False.

 

Click SAVE, then reopen the client and try to assign an item. Should work now.
