OSI - Authority Item Mapping

To give permissions for a particular screen you first have to determine which Auth Item the screen is assigned to. After that, the Auth Item needs to be added to an appropriate Authority Group and permissions added as appropriate.

Attached is the mapping of OSI screens to Auth Items. In looking at the first tab, you’ll find that CMNT is assigned to the Collateral Maintenance group. I believe Asset Management has two authority groups so someone will need to tell you which this gets assigned to.
