Full Screen - No Taskbar or Menu Bar Visable

Issue:

Whole screen is covered with the application screen being used and there is no menu bar on the top  or taskbar on the bottom

Resolution:

Display is in Full Screen mode

Press Alt and Enter to switch back to normal mode
