Android Devices Syncing - Need Certificate

Android devices are required to pull down this new certificate manually to continue to sync with your work email. The steps below will walk you through what you needs to be done to do this. There are many different versions of Android so your version may not follow the exact steps below. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

1. Navigate to Setting on your device

2. From Setting choose Accounts and select Exchange

3. Click on Account Settings and choose your North Island Account

4. Scroll to the bottom and select Incoming settings

5. Scroll to the bottom of the next screen to Security Type and change it to SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates) then select Done.

 

By doing this you will pull down the new email certificate and email should start syncing again.
