OSI Password Unlock\Change - Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers Have Authority

Hello,

Exciting news! Attached you will find the procedure for Unlocking (resetting) and/or Changing user passwords in OSI/DNA. All Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers have had the Password Changer authority added to your Authority Group. Please alert your staff that they are to come to you first for password resets or changes, utilizing the Help Desk only if you are unavailable.
