Cannot Release or Reassign Cashbox - Still Has an Active Connection

Issue:

User trying to balance the cash dispenser but when trying to reassign the cashbox, getting error message that "xxxuser still has an active connection and there for cannot be release" message so it will not allow reassignment.

Resolution:

This occurs when the user that the cashbox (vault or cash dispenser) is assigned to has not or did not log out of OSI properly which holds on as an active connection.

There is a Release Cashbox slideout along the right side of the screen -  click on Release Cashbox and then enter the cashbox number needing to be released. An sqrt message will run and may tell you that you need to log out of OSI to see that the cashbox has been release or you can try reassigning.
