RASPlus – Admin\User Configuration (see attached document for detailed instructions)
Adding Users and Authority Levels
After the Remote Site connection has been established, connect using the Admin logon (
Right-click on the desired branch and select Remote Setup
Under System, select User and click on User
Add each user, giving them a password and setting their authority level
Administrators are:
Christine Cerda
Arlene Sampang
Roxi Vargas
Fred Ballecer
Administrator Group is already setup but branch staff needs to be added for each location so you may need to add a User group. If so, click on the +Group button, type in User as the group name and uncheck all Authority except Covert Camera View, Search, and Clip-Copy
Now add the branch manager, FSM and MSM name and password, being sure to select User for Group
Once all have been entered, click Save
