Description Of Incident:

•  Appl. MM_STMNT_360 generated REG E statements on January.  REG E statements are to be generated only on Feb, March, May, June, Aug, Sept, Nov, and Dec.

Cause:

•  Scheduled calendar referenced by REG E MM_STMNT_360 application was incorrectly set (user error) for January.

Resolution:

•  Issue was identified prior to processing or transmitting the file to FSSI.  Appl Hist Rows were deleted and correct cycle codes were run.
