Server - IR_ISLANDFRAUD_FailedArchiving_2010_01_12

Description Of Incident:

•  The Islandfraud server daily scheduled enterprise netbackup archiving job failed to complete

Cause:

• The SQL server agent was not running on the server hence the SQL scheduled backup job which creates the BAK files did not start. As a result, the archiving job failed because there were no BAK files to archive.

Resolution:

•  Started the SQL server agent service on the server.
