Users are getting the error message in OSI, no CMC available. User is able to log into Card Wizard application and the log file (\\lmw2k8dc\APPS\OSI\CORE\LOGS) is only at 523 KB
In CardWizard \ Network \ Monitor tab under the location, the Datacard and\or SuperCat are showing red or X'd out and will not come online, even though the machine(s) displays READY
Only happening at one branch. All others are functioning fine.
Able to ping the modem for each device and they are not being blocked by the NAC
PC for the SuperCat has been restarted
Can try:
Turn off Ethernet to serial converter device for 30 seconds and power it back on
Turn off Supercat device for 30 seconds and power it back on.
This may at least put the device in UP\ "Green" status but may still be an issue repinning or creating cards.
Will probably need to restart these services o the CARDWIZARD server:
- CardWizard® EServ Controller
- CardWizard® Remoting Service
- CardWizard® SuperCMC
