Printer – HPDOC Not Printing

Issue:

• There are a number of print jobs in the queue, but they are not printing

Resolution:

1. Turn printer off
2. Wait about 10 seconds
3. Trun the printer back onif items still do not print, send in an Islandticket requesting assistance or call the Helpdesk @ ext.4357
