Real Estate uses Lending QB which requires the installation of BrowserXT, ePrintDotNet and Lending QB VPrinter (all located \\helpdeskstor\General\LendingQB)

Go into Control Panel \ Programs and Features \ Office \ Change \ Add
for Word, Excel and Powerpoint, set all to Run from my computer

Uploading documents using the virtual printer (see attached for detailed instructions)
- After you have finished installing LendingQB VPrinter, you can upload documents using the virtual printer by following the instructions below:
- Open the PDF to upload
- Go to File >> Print
- Select LendingQB from the printer name drop-down menu
- A Login window will appear. Enter your LendingQB login credentials and click Login
- The LendingQB process window will display the status of the upload. You can also drag and drop the documents into the Dropbox instead of using the print method described above.
- Click the Process Uploaded Files button to open the EDocs Dropbox, which is an area where you will choose which loan file and doc type the document(s) below to.
- You can also access the EDocs Dropbox from your Pipeline
- Click Apply to upload the document to their assigned file
