Word Macro Window Popup

Everytime Word is opened, a Macro information window pops up

Close all Office programs

Go to Control Panel \ Programs \ Office 2010 \ Change \ Add or Remove Features

For Excel, Outlook and Word, Click the drop down and select Run from Computer
