Having Problems “Printing” the Label pdf Files to the Appropriate Folders

Issue:

 I am having problems “printing” the label pdf files to the appropriate folders.

The files should "Save" to the select folder but instead it wants to print and sits in the Adobe PDF printer queue and does not "Save" to the file. Which makes me unable to create valid PDF files for the barcode labels.

Resolution:

In Crystal Reports, after running desired report, go to

File\Export\Report Export Options

Select PDF from the drop-down menu

Click OK and OK

Then complete the process
