How-To Install Raddon Integrator (see attached for detailed instructions)
Prior to install, request Jim Lind set the user up with a log on and password
Also, add the user to the Raddon_Global Security group and Raddon User group
Install from: \\helpdeskstor\general\Raddon
Install rfg_i84full as an Admin. Install will begin.
Click Next Click Next
Click on Change button for Shared Files path Type in the Folder Name box:
\\Raddon\RfgData and click OK
Verify the shared file path is correct and click Next Click Install
Installation takes a few minutes. Click Finish
Install on a New PC
If a bunch of old names are listed in the drop-down, its because its connecting to an old database. You will need to contact the call Raddon Support (877-723-3661) and they can give you the day’s password to get into the Database Manager (we do not use the default ADMIN)
Then follow the instructions below
After obtaining today’s password from the vendor, click on the smily face in the bottom right corner of the logon screen
Enter today’s password provided by the vendor Select Tech Login
Click OK Expand Raddon
Click on the most current listing and click Default in the menu list and X out to close the database list
Click Log Out
Click Yes to Confirm Close RFG Batch Trigger?
Click Log Out again if needed
Now click on the User Name drop-down arrow and you should current names as well as a North Island Financial Credit Union (with as of date)
If it’s a new user, have them type in the password given to them (or you) by Jim or Tina.
They will be prompted to change their password.
