Allowing user access to group or users mailbox

GROUP

Ensure the user a Member of the group in Active Directory. Follow instructions below

USER

Open Exchange Admin Center  https://mobile.northislandcu.com/owa/auth/logon.aspx?replaceCurrent=1&url=https%3a%2f%2fmobile.northislandcu.com%2fecp%2f%3fexchClientver%3d15

Add the User to the 'Full Access' list within Exchange (desired mailbox->mailbox delegation->scroll down to 'Full Access'-> then add User
