Online Team Mailbox and Calendar - Add Access

 

Issue:

  • Use needs access to the Online Team Mailbox \ Calendar (which is not in the Public Folders)

Resolution:

  • Contact the server team to request the user be given access to the Online Team mailbox
  • Must be added to the Users Outlook Profile
    1. File\Account Settings\Account Settings
    2. Double-click on users default account
    3. Click on the More Settings button
    4. Click on the Advanced tab
    5. Click on the Add button
    6. type in Online Team

 

If the mailbox does not expand, contact the server team to request the user be given access to the Online Team mailbox
