Issue:
- Use needs access to the Online Team Mailbox \ Calendar (which is not in the Public Folders)
Resolution:
- Contact the server team to request the user be given access to the Online Team mailbox
- Must be added to the Users Outlook Profile
- File\Account Settings\Account Settings
- Double-click on users default account
- Click on the More Settings button
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Click on the Add button
- type in Online Team
If the mailbox does not expand, contact the server team to request the user be given access to the Online Team mailbox
