Logon with elevated rights

Search for new employee

Click on + drop-down arrow and select User Mailbox

Click Browse

Type user name

Click OK

Should display as an Existing User (because already created in Active Directory)

Click SAVE

 

If you get a Load Balancing... error message, scroll to the bottom. Click on Mailbox database browse... button

Select either DB1 or DB2

 

Click SAVE

Choose files or drag and drop files
