Outlook 2013 - Adding Additional Mailbox

 

Open the users Outlook 

File \ Account Settings

Highlight users name and click Repair

Click on Manual setup or additional server types – Next

Click More Settings

Click on the Advanced tab, click on Add and type in the mailbox name

Click OK

Ensure the Use Cached Exchange Mode is Unchecked and click Next.

Click Finish and Close

Close Outlook and reopen.

Then new mailbox should display.
