Digital Insight (Online Banking) Admin Platform User Setup and Password Locked

Creating and deleting users is done by Blanca Donahue (back up password unlock\reset are: Blanca Donahue 7535, Mark Firestone 7001, Johnny Galvan 7074)

Unlocking users with elevated rights requires ‘super user’ status within the admin platform and using the Forgot Password link will not work.

Currently, Mark , Jim P, Johnny, and Blanca are ‘Super Users’. I just added Brandon to the ‘super user’ list so each area will have two people who can unlock users with elevated rights.

Help Desk will still be able to unlock all standard users. Super Users need to contact any other super users to request an unlock.

 

Issue:

Unlocking Digital Insight (Online Banking - Users will sometimes refer to it as Dashboard)  User password

Log on - if it's the first time you have logged on at that workstation, the Security Setup with display. Enter how you want to receive your code. Enter the code when you receive it.

Click Continue and complete the Secuirty Sets

 

Log on again with a new password

click Control Panel (right corner)

User (left column)

Find User (if they are locked there will be a red lock displayed) \ click Action (on right) \ Edit (if the User is set as EXPIRED, click on their name

The Users profile will display

Click Unlock

 

If User's password needs to be changed, change it (at least 8 characters, 1 cap, 1 number 2 special) and click Save
