Refresh Cache for OSI Database

Hi all,

It seems that after a change has been made to an authority that if the user logs off and then back on the change is taking effect without the need of Refresh Cache.

Production

 

After changing a Users Authorities, the Cache for that database must be refreshed before the authority becomes available for the User to access.

To Refresh The Cache, open Internet Explorer and enter each of the three addresses for the desired database

Click on the Fresh Cache button and move to the next
