iPhone - Change Password and Email Account Settings

How to change password on iPhone

• Go to Settings \ Mail, Contacts, Calendars \ Exchange
• Select your Account
• Select Password to be change

 

Email Account Information on iPhone

1. Email: username@northislandcu.com
2. Server: mobile.northislandcu.com
3. Domain: nifcu_nt
4. Username: your username
5. Password: your password

As part of the domain name change, we have updated the server address for email on mobile devices.   The new server address is mobile.northislandcu.com.  At this time the old address currently works but will eventually be retired so the sooner you update the better.  If you need assistance please give the helpdesk a call and they can walk you through the steps.  If you want to change the settings yourself, I have provided some steps below for both Apple and Android devices. 

 

For Apple,  you can find the setting under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange

Tap on Exchange

Tap on Account

Do not change any info except the Server Field mobile.northislandcu.com

Tap on Done in Top Right Corner

That’s it!
