How Do I View ServiceTickets I Have Submitted

  • How do I view the ServiceTickets I have submitted
  • How do I communicate with the technician assigned to my ServiceTicket

 

 

Under Service and Request Forms, select InformtiontionTechnologies

Under IT Internal Resources, select Service Ticket Submission (User access)

Log in with Windows credentials and click on the My Tickets button

Locate the ticket and double-click to open it

To communicate with the assigned technician (Owner), click on the Add Reply button

Type your message and click Send

Choose files or drag and drop files
