• Runtime Error!
• Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
• This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Resolution:

• Open Internet Explorer web browser
• Go to Tools and Select Internet Options
• Click on Programs Tab
• Click on Manage add-ons button
• Select Toolbars and Extensions under Add-on Types
• Enable All Java Plug-In SSV Helper
  • Select Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper and Click on Enable button
  • Select Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper and Click on Enable button
