Optima Getting Mount Disk Error
- Audit1 must be made a member of Optima_IMS
- In Active Director, under Service Accounts & Vendors\Vendors
- Double-click on Audit1 to open and select Member of
- Click Add. Type in Optima_IMS. Click Check Name. OK
- Have the Auditors log out of Windows, than back on and test accessing needed Optima information.
