Optima Getting Mount Disk Error

  • Audit1 must be made a member of Optima_IMS
  • In Active Director, under Service Accounts & Vendors\Vendors
  • Double-click on Audit1 to open and select Member of
  • Click Add.   Type in Optima_IMS.  Click Check Name.  OK
  • Have the Auditors log out of Windows, than back on and test accessing needed Optima information.
