Reporting Issues Thru ServiceTicket
From the Intranet homepage, select Information Technology in the Service & Request Forms section
In the left column, click on Submit a Service Ticket
An email form will open addressed to Serviceticket
In the Subject line, delete Service Ticket From Internet and type in issue being reported
In the body, give a much detail as possible regarding the issue being reported.
You may also paste in screenshots and attach files.
A ServiceTicket will be created within the ServiceTicket application and it will be assigned to a technician.
