Issue:
- Received a call from a user asking why she could not change the Notes she had put on a members account (the Edit option was no longer available).
Resolution:
- April 12,13 - Spoke with Virginia and she said that if a user calls regarding any changes like this (or regarding their permissions) they should speak with their manager.
- BTW – The Note Edit option was removed because anyone could go into a Note and it would not indicate who had edited the Note – But they are not sharing that information. Apparently, the removal of this function will been seen is several places.
