Issue:
- OWA requesting password (from teller line) - auto-filling within with user name and @myisland.com but would not accept password (user had changed this morning) but if tried Logon as Other User and just typed first initial, last name and password, it would open.
Resolution:
- Try clearing History, Advanced Settings
- May need to delete user profile and delete from regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList (must find users profile) - Ensure user does not have anything saved on the workstation.
- Once new profile has been created, be sure to reset default printer
