Deleting/Disabling FIS eAccess user accounts.
- Navigate to User Admin on the right hand side:
- Search for the employee’s name (do not search using the email address)
- If the user’s name appears under the Results List, simply check the Delete box and click the Delete button:
Per Virginia, sometimes the user cannot be deleted because of Penley. If this is the case, you will need to disable their account. Click on the user’s email under User ID column:
Under Password Information section, select Disable radio button and click Update
** For users that are disabled, you will need to send Virginia Jensen an email notifying her of this. Virginia will keep a list of these users and send to FIS periodaclly.
** Notification does not apply for users that were deleted.
