Windows Password - User Cannot Change Password

Issue:

• User asks to have their Windows password changed but when they go into Outlook Web\Options and try to change their password everything they put in comes back that it does not meet the requirements

Resolution:

• This is due to our Microsoft Best Practices Security setting which requires a 24 hour laps time for password changes. Password may be changed the next day
• Internal users should change their passwords by using Ctl+Alt+Delete and select Change a Password
• Board Members - change the password but remove the checkmark for User must change password
