Laptop Wireless not authenticating

Laptop Wireless Connection Will Not Authenticate Users Credentials After Re-Establishing Password (Windows XP)

 If a user plugs in the network cable and establishes their new Windows password but then the wireless connection will not authenticate the users credentials – log onto the laptop using the local Admin account and connect using your credentials. The wireless should connect.

Then have the user log on to the laptop – wireless should pop up to provide the users credentials in order to authenticate.  Once the user types in their new password, you should see connection has bee established.
