Description Of Incident:

  • Branches reported starter/temp checks would not print from OSI.

 

Cause:

  • It was determined that a system account (ISERVICE) was locked out, thus denying permission to the OSI system.

 

Resolution:

  • The ISERVICE account was unlocked.  Tracing the logs back, it was shown the account was locked at another server.  This account is shared among system services, and it is likely a vendor working on the Akcelerant server caused the account to be locked out.
