Server - IR_SCMSTimeError_2010_01_04

Description Of Incident:

•  The Subversion server was discovered to have a internal time that was off by over 10 hours.  This was probably an ongoing issue for some time, but was corrected when reported.

Cause:

•  On VMWare, servers tend to have significant drift that requires automated corrective measures.

Resolution:

•  The server was synchronized manually, and a crontab job was added to resync the server with public time servers (pool.ntp.org) on a nightly basis.
