OSI Error - the connection to port application has been locked

Issue:

Trying to link an ID but keep getting error message:  "the connection to port application has been locked" and then kicked out of OSI

Resolution:

The ID has been scanned at too high dpi (over 100) and is larger then 100kb so OSI rejects it.

User must print the ID on color printer and rescan using either their desktop scanner or if they are using the workstation with the flatbed scanner, they must logon as member greeter
