Description Of Incident:

•  During the optima load process, the file from FSSI did not match the record count. After research, it was determined that FSSI truncated the file.  

Cause:

•  FSSI process error.  

Resolution:

•  Had FSSI reconvert the image file and re-transmit it to North Island Credit Union.
