Issue:
When I log into Online Banking and go thru the registration, I enter the Code and select Yes (that it's a private PC) but after I log off I have to go thru the registration process again.
Resolution:
On the Menu bar go to Tools \ Options \ General tab
In the Browsing History section, uncheck the box for Delete browsing history on exit
Click OK
Close ALL Internet Explorer windows
Reopen Online Banking, go thru the registration process.
Log and and back in if you'd like to test.
