Go to NuPOINT WEB CONSOLE \ Mailboxes
Type in users primary ext. and click Search
If locked, click on the padlock to unlock and have user retry (if new setup, try 1234)
If still not working, click on the ext. #
Type in Passcode: 1234
Ensure users first initial last name is in the Advanced UM Email Alias
Click SAVE
Contact user and have them retry
