CTIOS - Configuration Error

Issue:

• Configuration Error: must exit. Please edit file 'C:\ProgramData\CiscoSystems\CTI Toolkit Combo Desktop.NET\CTIOSSoftphoneCSharp.exe.config' and correct values for CTIOSA, CTIOSB, and/or PeripheralID, then restart.

Resolution:

• Open Notepad with elevated rights
• Go to ‘C:\ProgramData\Cisco Systems\CTI Toolkit Combo Desktop.NET\CTIOSSoftphoneCSharp.exe.config’
• Edit\Replace - Find the users name that is currently listed nd Replace with desired user name
• Save and have the user retry
